Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how quotes, bookings, payment, waste and cancellations work.

1. Quotes and agreed work

Quotes cover the work described and agreed with the customer. Quotes may be based on photos, messages and other details supplied by the customer. If the condition or scope is materially different when we arrive, we will discuss it before carrying out additional work.

2. Fixed price and costs

Once a fixed quote is agreed, that price covers the agreed work, normal travel and the usual costs needed to complete that work. There are no surprise extras. Any additional work or unexpected costs outside the agreed scope will be discussed and approved before we continue.

3. Access and safety

The customer should provide reasonable and safe access to the work area and let us know about anything that could affect the job, such as locked gates, pets, hidden hazards or access restrictions.

4. Weather and rescheduling

Gardening work can be affected by weather and ground conditions. If conditions make the job unsafe or unsuitable, we may need to rearrange the visit and will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Payment

Payment is normally due when the agreed work is completed unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance. Cash and card are accepted.

6. Green waste

Green waste is normally bagged and left at the property unless removal has been specifically agreed as part of the job.

7. Cancellations and rearrangements

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. We do not automatically charge an excessive cancellation fee. If a late cancellation means we have already incurred genuine, reasonable costs specifically for your job, we may ask you to cover those costs.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.
