Privacy Policy

We only collect information we reasonably need to quote, book and carry out gardening work.

Information we may collect

This may include your name, phone number, email address, address or postcode, messages, job details, quotes, payment records and photos of the garden or work area. If you join our newsletter, we also collect your email address.

How we use it

We use customer information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange bookings, complete work, communicate about the job, issue business records and deal with reasonable follow-up.

Lawful use and sharing

We process information where it is needed to provide or arrange our services, meet legal obligations, or for legitimate business purposes that do not override your rights. We do not sell customer information. We only share information where reasonably necessary, for example with a service provider used to run the business or where the law requires it.

Job photos and marketing

We may take before-and-after photos to record completed work. Where a photo could identify a customer or property, or where we want to use a job photo for marketing, we will seek permission where appropriate. You can ask us to remove a published job photo by contacting us.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including business, tax, accounting and legal record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You can contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or raise a privacy concern. Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you additional rights over your personal information.

If you sign up on our website, we collect your email address only, so we can send occasional marketing emails about seasonal offers, available slots and garden-care updates. We do this only with your consent, which you give by submitting the sign-up form after reading the consent wording. We use Brevo, an email service provider, to store your email address and send the emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time by contacting us. We keep your address until you unsubscribe, along with a record of the date and time you signed up and the wording you agreed to, as proof of your consent. Signing up is not needed to request a quote.

Website analytics, cookies and local storage

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see visitor numbers, pages viewed, where visitors came from, device types and site performance. It is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not use cookies to track you across websites. We also count clicks on our Call, WhatsApp, email, Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram and newsletter buttons, along with the page, the button location and any campaign details in the link (such as utm_source). These counts do not include your name, phone number, email address or messages. Your browser may store a small note on your device so the newsletter pop-up is not shown repeatedly. We do not use advertising trackers.
